never stop smiling

Each time I work with a new family, child, or client I always feel so honored to do so. Not only do I fully enjoy our time together, but I also find myself learning so much from each of you. This young lady was no exception, as I was blown away by her inner & outer beauty!

When I was her age, the last place you would find me was in front of a camera. I was so impressed by her willingness to share about herself and the self-confidence she radiated in every moment. She explained to me what her school day & work load looked like this year and how she felt about all of it. I am in awe of all kids pushing through this school year, accepting every change and challenge facing them, and doing so in such powerful ways. I truly believe all kids, of every age, deserve so much praise and credit for adapting to all of these changes.

I walked away from working with her so thankful to be reminded of the importance of having self-confidence in yourself. It is so powerful to believe in yourself and not let anything or anyone get in your way! In the words of my grandfather, "Never stop smiling...." and sharing that beauty with those around you. You never know who you may be inspiring by doing so!
